The Maashaven hall and offices for the Rotterdam borough of Feijenoord is formed by the smashing together for two spaces to form the large structure. A circulation hall cuts through the space for public spaces. A glazed space for the council chamber slips underneath the large brick volume. The building forms a private patio in the back with apartments above looking out into the ocean.
